Edifier M3200 2+1 hoparlör arızası ve tamiri hakkında

EDIFIER M3200 2+1 hoparlörüm aniden bozuldu.10 yıllık sanırım. Ses kontrol kumandasında ışık var sistem açılıyor fakat ses gelmiyordu. Benzerlerinin fiyatı 2bine yakın olduğundan tamir ettirebilirmiyim diye düşündüm.

Bir arkadaşıma götürdüm. Önce 12 volt adaptörü çalışıyormu diye baktı ki o çalışıyordu. Sonra bana bu 3 entegre-opumpları değiştir dedi. resimde 3 adet opump entegresi mevcut. 1 tanesi TDA2030A 18watt (wooferın sanırım), diğer 2 taneside UTC2030 18watt (1 uydu hoparlörlerin) diye tahmin ediyorum. iç tarafta 2 ayrı entegre var fakat bu 3 opumpu değiştirerek iş düzeldiğinden onarı değiştirmedi. 3ü 24 tl tuttu,2 entegrede 11tl idi. kargosuyla 60 tlye tuttu. 5 ayaklı bu entegreleri eskisinin yerine lehimliyoruz. Soğuması için arka plakasınla arasına ısı macunu sürüp vidasını taktıktan sonra denedim ve çalıştı. Entegreler ismiyle aratınca online birçok yerde satılıyor, ucuz ve montajı kolay.

My EDIFIER M3200 2+1 speaker suddenly broke down. I think it's 10 years old. There is a light on the sound control, the system turns on, but there is no sound. I thought I could get it repaired.

I took it to a friend and he told me to replace income ICs and opumps. There are 3 opump ICs in the picture. I'm guessing 1 of them is TDA2030A 18watt (I think your woofer) and the other 2 are UTC2030 18watts (1 of satellite speakers). There are 2 separate integrations on the inside, but this did not change the repair since the job was fixed by changing these 3 opumps. We solder these 5-legged ICs in place of the old one. I tried it after applying heat paste between it and the back plate and screwing it in to cool it down and it worked. When the integrateds are searched by name, they are sold in many places online, they are cheap and easy to install.

Güzel sistem, güzel konu. Yakın zamanda Ben de Microlab M910'u tamir ettim. Üzerindeki transistör bulunmadığı için muadil transistör kullandım ama pcb üzerinde değişiklik yapmam gerekti. Zamanım olursa ben de tamiri hakkında konu açacağım. Böyle şeyler artık pek paylaşılmıyor.

10-20 tl lik entegre için hoparlörleri çöpe atmasınlar diye ekledim ki edifier kaliteli bir marka 100 tl de olsa şansımı denerdim.
