Bende eylül 15te 2tb alıp, 200gb düşürdüm sorun olmadı. Deşifre oldu herhalde yöntem.

ben de baktım ama en fazla 2 tb görünüyor
ekleme : 2tb lik plana geçtikten sonra 5,10tb gibi planlar da yükseltme seçeneklerinde çıktı fakat buradaki arkadaşların yazdığı gibi bir durum olabilir diye 5tb lik yıllık pakete geçip 2 ye düşürmek istemedim riskli diye . 5tb lik yıllık pakete yükseltip tekrar 2 ye düşürüp süreyi uzatan olursa haber verebilirse çok iyi olur

hocam nasıl yaptığını yazabilir misin ? bir de bu paycell sadece turlcell sahipleri tarafından mı kullanılabiliyor ?

Hocam paycelli herkes kullanabiliyor ama bazı kampanyalar Turkcell'lilere özel geliyor oda Turkcell mobil ödemeden dolayı sanırım, çünkü ödeme yöntemi olarak Turkcell/paycell seçeneği ile ödedim. Ben ilk başta 100 gb yıllık paket aldim, paycell 25 tl kupon verdi daha sonra paketimi 200gb pakete yükselttim paket bitimine 6 ay eklendi.
En son düşürme seçeneğine baktım orda 2 yıl değil hala 1.5 yıl yazınca bıraktım. Sonuç olarak 150tl civarına 200gb 1.5 yıllık yapmış oldum. -
Şu anda 5 yıllık alabiliyor muyuz? -
Var mı deneyen arkadaşlar? -
5tb alıp 2tb 'ye düşürmüştüm 5 yıllık 2028'e kadar 2tb gösteriyor aşağıdaki adresde.
Simdi tekrar 5tb alıp tekrar 2tb'ye düşürsem 10 yıl olurmu?

Artık olmuyor arkadaşlar. En azından bende olmuyor.
- "İlk ödemeniz XXX XXX 2027 tarihinde alınacaktır" şekline dönüştürmüşler. Ödemeyi şimdiden almıyor artık.
Boşuna denemeyin artık... Konuyu açalı 5 ay oldu. Bu zamana kadar halletseniz iyi olurdu.

Bence önemli bir bilgilendirme olacak herkes için.
Son güncel durum şu şekilde:
2047'ye kadar 100 gb lık plan satın almıştım.
Şu an 100 gb lık paketteyim (%75 dolu) ve yakında 200 gb lığa zaten geçeceğim diye şimdiden 200 gb alarak denemek istedim.
Ancak 100 gb lık pakete geri dönemiyorum. 100 gb lık pakete geri dönmem ancak 200 gb lık paketin süresi bittiğinde (2037'de) mümkün olacakmış.
Bununla ilgili müşteri desteğiyle yazıştım, feedback de göndereceğim.
Savım şu, ben yanlışlıkla 200 gb lık pakete geçtim, müşteri hizmetlerinden bu yanlışlığı düzeltmelerini istedim, en son yaptığım 200 gb lık satın alımı iptal ederek. Ama böyle bir prosedürün olmadığını söylüyorlar.
Buradaki esas mesele/sorun ise şu bana göre;
ben GDrive'ı yedek depo olarak kullanmak istiyorum. Yani günü geldiğinde, 1,5 terabytelık dosya atmak isteyeceğim zaman 2 tb lık aboneliğe geçiş yapacağım. İlgili dosya ile işim bittiğinde de tekrar 200 gb aboneliğe geri dönmek isteyeceğim elbette - boşuna kullanmadığım üst pakete neden para ödeyeyim.
Google diyor ki, 2 tb lık pakete geçtiğin anda (mesela yıllık abonelikte) süre sonuna kadar kullanmasan da alt pakete geçemezsin, yalnızca üst paketin süresi tamamlandığında alt pakete geçebilirsin. Ama bu cloud depolama böyle birşey olmamalı.
Uzun süreli satın almanın önüne geçebilmek için böyle bir düzenleme yapmışlar ama bu haliyle uzun süreli abonelik almış ben ve benim gibi esnek abonelik yapmak isteyecek herkesi mağdur eden bir düzenleme olmuş.
Eğer çözüm bulamazsam, dosyalarımı saklamak için bahsettiğim sebeple asla bu hesapla GDrive kullanmam artık. İhtiyacım olacak kadar süre ve miktarda abonelik alırım.
Bu (artık 2037'de bitecek) aboneliği de, çözüm elde edemezsem, sadece fotoğraf arşivlemek için kullanacağım gibi.
