David E. Kelley, Scott Turow’un 1987’de yayımlanan aynı adlı mahkeme salonu gerilim romanından esinlenen dizinin yazarı, yönetici ve yürütücü yapımcısı.

Presumed Innocent, Şikago Savcılık Bürosu’nu alt üst eden korkunç bir cinayetin hikayesini anlatıyor. Kendilerinden birisinin bu suçu işlediğinden şüpheleniliyor.
