As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home. Taylor-Joy stars in the title role, and along with Hemsworth, the film also stars Alyla Browne and Tom Burke. Miller penned the script with “Mad Max: Fury Road” co-writer Nico Lathouris. Miller’s behind-the-scenes creative team includes first assistant director PJ Voeten and second unit director and stunt coordinator Guy Norris, director of photography Simon Duggan (“Hacksaw Ridge,” “The Great Gatsby”), composer Tom Holkenborg, sound designer Robert Mackenzie, editor Eliot Knapman, visual effects supervisor Andrew Jackson and colorist Eric Whipp. The team also includes other longtime collaborators: production designer Colin Gibson, editor Margaret Sixel, sound mixer Ben Osmo, costume designer Jenny Beavan and makeup designer Lesley Vanderwalt, each of whom won an Oscar for their work on “Mad Max: Fury Road.” Warner Bros. Pictures Presents, in Association with Village Roadshow Pictures, A Kennedy Miller Mitchell Production, A George Miller Film, “Furiosa.” The film will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, in theaters only nationwide on May 24, 2024 and internationally beginning on May 22, 2024.

Daha ana film görmeden yan hikaye yapmakta ne demek ? İllaki kadın karakteri baş role koyacaklar, acımasız dünyada bütün erkekleri alt edecek. Oyuncularda düşük ücret isteyecek oyuncular değil. Bunun yerine Tom Hardy'li yeni bir film yapmak bu kadarmı zordu ?

Dün Fury Road'ı izledim bugünde bu filmin çıkacağını görüp fragmanı izledim. Fragman Fury Road'ın üstüne çıkacak bir görünüm vermedi, ortalama bir film olacak gibi. Taylor-Joy'u oldu bitti sevemedim zaten. Mad Max ilk 2 film benim için efsanedir teknolojik imkanlar kısıtlı olmasına rağmen George Miller'ın o şartlarda çıkardığı iş benim için takdire şayandır. 2.filmi Fury Road'ın bile önüne koyarım.

Fury Road sanırım bugüne kadar izlediğim en iyi macera filmiydi. Filmde heyecan bi türlü bitmek bilmiyor. Acayip yorucu bi film ama kesinlikle değiyor izlediğinize. O filmi gördüğümden beri üzerine bir şey koyulabileceğini düşünmüyorum. Bu film onun başarısından kar elde etmek için yapılan bir iş, milleti sinemaya çeker mi, çeker. Ama Fury Road kadar iyi olur mu? O biraz zor. Ha olursa George Miller'a helal olsun derim. Adam kendini aşmış olacak çünkü.

Bana da görseller pek iyi gelmedi. Bir de herkes tertemiz mübarek. O toz, toprağın, pisliğin içinde pırıl pırıl. TV dizileri gibi hissettirdi. Zaten SJW kafasıyla çekilmiş oradan da filme ısınamadım.

Yeni poster yayınlandı, filmin ilki kadar iyi olacağını düşünüyorum yönetmenden dolayı, kafamda soru işareti olan tek şey Chris Hemsworth, bu adamın oynadığı filmlerde hep bir ciddiyetsizlik var.

Tom Hardy, ilk filmdeki performansıyla 30 yıl sonra Mel Gibson'a rahmet okutmuştu. Yıllarca devam filmini beklerken bu projeyi görmek üzdü. Pek ümidim yok ama ilk filmin hatrına izleriz bakalım.
