3) Her hangi bir sekilde size gelen bir emailde yada gelen emailin icindeki linke tikladiginizda acilan

2. If your account has personal account information and you have provided a question and secret answer to MSN, you can reset your password by providing account information and your secret answer.
3. If you have an MSN account that you pay for with a credit card, and that is the account you use to sign in to the Passport Network, you can reset your password by providing your billing information.
***Reset password by e-mail***
1. Click Sign In at a site or service that displays the Passport Network Sign-In logo, such as the Microsoft Passport Network home page at:http://accountservices.msn.com
2. Type your e-mail address, if it is not entered automatically.
3. In the sign-in box, click Forgot your password?
4. Enter the characters shown in the picture, and then click Continue.
5. On the Reset your password page, click Send yourself a password reset e-mail message.
6. On the Reset your password by e-mail page, click Send Message, and then click Done.
Notes: -The password reset e-mail message will contain instructions and a link to the Account Services home page to help you reset your password.
*** Reset your password by answering your secret question ***
1. Click Sign In at a site or service that displays the Passport Network Sign-In logo, such as the Microsoft Passport Network home page athttp://accountservices.msn.com
2. Type your e-mail address, if it is not entered automatically.
3. In the sign-in box, click Forgot your password?

evet artık böyle cevap veriyorlar direk şifreyi yollamıyorlar. bende bir haftadır uğraşıyorum maili geri almak için ama daha hiçbişey olduğu yok. 2. e-mail adresinize şifre sıfırlayıcı e-mail gönderin yada gizli sorunuzu bilerek şifrenizi geri alın diyor. adam bunları değiştirdiyse galiba alamıypruz geri. -
nihayet oldu 1 haftadır mesajlaşıyorduk bütün sorulara cevap yazdım sadece ıp numarasını boş bırakmıştım (çünkü sabit ip değil her internete bağlandığımda bildiğim kadarı ile değişiyor) ısrrala ip numarası eksik diyorlardı bugün bilgisayarın ip sini yazıp gönderdim biraz önce 2 mail gelmiş birisi her zamanki gelenden diğeri Reset your Microsoft Passport Network password konulu 2 link vermişler ilkine tıklayınca direk yeni parola ve 2 eposta adresi girebileceğin sayfa açılıyor parolamızı değiştirdik aman dikkat edin parolanıza falan alması bayağı uğraştırdı beni çünkü. -

arkadaşlar ilk başvuruyu 9 şubat ta saat 15.05 te yaptım cevap aynı gün saat 21.13 te geldi istedikleri bilgileri 10 şubat saat 12.15 maddeler halinde gönderdim cevap aynı gün 10.53 te geldi (saat farkından dolayı aradaki fark) 12 şubat 01.20 de cevap yazdım tekrar aynı gün 06.53 te cevap geldi 17 şubat 06.35 te cevap yazdım tekrar nihayet aynı gün saat 10.53 te son maili gönderdiler. Başka bir maildede aynı anda gelmiş hemen hemen şifre sıfırlama linkini göndermişler son mesajıma kadar ısrarla ıp numarası istediler bende ip miz dinamik sürekli değişiyor diye ısrar etmiştim son mesajda o anki ip numarasını yazdım ikna oldular demekki ip değişmiyormuş. Kolay gelsin herkese Şifremizi sorumuzu 2 e posta adresimizi değiştirdik inşallah bundan sonra başımıza gelmez

Sorun aynen bu sekilde.. birde galiba bu çözüm yoluna basvuran insan sayısı fazla olunca biraz daha sıkı tutmaya basladılar..
