I scanned Hotbird, Türksat has disappeared!

2 days ago I added a Hotbird dish to my Arçelik a55l 8860 5s model television. I scanned Hotbird, found around 350-400 channels. However, after that, Türksat channels in the channel list disappeared. No matter how much I searched in the menu, I could not find where to switch to Türksat channels. When I scan from Türksat again https://snaptube.cam/ https://9apps.cam/, it finds the channels again, but when I finish the scan and exit, only the hotbirds continue to stay in the channel list. How can I find these Türksat channels?
