Bir zamanlar bende bu soru cevap sitesi olayına biraz sarmıştım ve "Question2Answer" adında bir script buldum kullanışlı ve ücretsiz.İstediğin özelliklerin hepsi mevcut tavsiyem eğer büyük paralar döküp scripti yazdırıp profesyonel bir site açmıycaksan bunu bir dene oldu dersen ve daha special bişi olsun dersen yazdırırsın.Kaldı ki Q2A da kendine göre değiştirebiliceğin bir çok şey var(temada dahil).

Bunu denedim ama biraz basit kaldi benim icin ve editlemeye kalktigimda pek cozemedim.Sitemi yurt disinda acacagim ve ciddi bir proje olacak.
