Thank you for your e-mail. If you wish anything changed in your account please provide the following information for account verification:
- Your full real name
- Your full address including postal or zip code
- Your full email address (used for account creation)
- Your Secret question and answer
- Your account name (please do NOT send us your password)
- Your authentication key
- If an email change is required, the last 4 digits of your credit card or you gamecard code or your full bank account details (whichever method you use to pay for the account)
And a list of changes you wish to be done.
Not all information can be changed on the account management pages. The account name, and secret question can not be changed at all, but we can correct the account owner name, address and email.
If you require the account owner's name to be changed, we require a scan or picture of the passport or other photo ID of the owner whose name the account is currently in (please be aware that we will only change the Account owner's name for exceptional circumstances, for example if the surname has changed due to a marriage, in this case we also require a scan or fax of the marriage certificate, or if you made a typo when entering your name and you want it corrected).

yazdığı kadarıyla sadece kullanıcının gerçek adını ve adres bilgilerini değiştiriyorlar. kullanıcının gerçek adını değiştirmek için de evlilikten dolayı falan adının değişmiş olması lazım. yani anladığım kadarıyla hiçbir şekilde arkadaşının adıyla değiştiremezsin. -
Eklemeyi unutmuşum gamemasterı ikna edebilirseniz character adını da değiştirebilirsiniz aksi takdirde değişim için migrationı beklemeniz gerekiyor. Şöyle ki migrate edilecek serverda aynı factionda aynı isimle bir character açıyorsunuz ve characterler databasede çakıştığından yeni bir character ismi vermeniz isteniyor.
Ayrıca accounta dahil hesap sahibi adını değiştirmek isterseniz scan edilmiş kimliği photoshopla oynayarak gönderin. Sonuçta bunları değiştirmek bilgisayar başındaki bir operatörün insiyatifinde.
Adres ve email bilgilerini ilk postta belirttiğim gibi istenilen bilgileri vererek rahatlıkla değiştirebilirsiniz.
